Refund and Returns Policy

At LuxuBaby, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items*. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:
Return Conditions
✔ All items must be returned with the original receipt or shipping confirmation email.
✔ Merchandise must be new, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✔ Items must be in 100% re-sellable condition, with all tags attached.
Manufacturer Warranty
Products such as strollers, car seats, high chairs, bouncers, play yards, and electronics come with a Manufacturer Warranty (see the Manufacturer Warranty section for details). This warranty covers damages or defective parts from the date of purchase.
Because these items are covered under the Manufacturer Warranty, LuxuBaby reserves the right to refuse returns for used products in these categories.
Additional Terms
🔹 We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is not in its original condition.
🔹 Car seats, strollers, and electronics must be returned in unopened boxes.
🔹 Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
🔹 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
LuxuBaby does not cover return shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
You may request a prepaid shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund once we receive the returned item.
To request a prepaid label, email us at LuxuBaby.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will process your request within 2 business days and provide the shipping costs.
Recommended Shipping Methods
For your protection, we recommend using tracked and insured shipping (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Always keep your tracking number for reference.
If a package is undeliverable or refused, a refusal fee of €10 + original shipping costs will apply.
Final Sale for Non-European Orders
All orders shipped outside Europe are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How to Report a Defect:
- Documentation: Send photos/videos of the defect along with a detailed description and your order number.
- Review: Our team will assess the claim within 5 business days. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Shipping Costs: If a defect is confirmed, LuxuBaby will cover return shipping.
Exclusions: Damage from misuse, wear and tear, or improper care is not eligible for return.
