Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:
1. Orders Eligible for Cancellation
- Within 24 hours of placing your order
- Before your order has been processed/shipped (check your order status)
2. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order:
- Email us immediately at luxubaby.shop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- “Cancel Order” in the subject line
- We will confirm if cancellation is possible
3. What Happens After Cancellation?
- If successful, you’ll receive a full refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- After 24 hours of purchase
- Once the order has been processed/shipped (tracking number issued)
- Custom/personalized items (cannot be cancelled once production begins)
5. What If My Order Has Already Shipped?
If your order has shipped, you may:
- Refuse delivery (package will be returned to us)
- Request a return once received (see our Return Policy)
