Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

1. Orders Eligible for Cancellation
  • Within 24 hours of placing your order
  • Before your order has been processed/shipped (check your order status)
2. How to Request Cancellation

To cancel your order:

  1. Email us immediately at luxubaby.shop@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • “Cancel Order” in the subject line
  2. We will confirm if cancellation is possible
3. What Happens After Cancellation?
  • If successful, you’ll receive a full refund within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
  • After 24 hours of purchase
  • Once the order has been processed/shipped (tracking number issued)
  • Custom/personalized items (cannot be cancelled once production begins)
5. What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has shipped, you may:

  • Refuse delivery (package will be returned to us)
  • Request a return once received (see our Return Policy)
