Orders & Shipping

1. Where does LuxuBaby ship?

We currently ship to all countries within Europe. We do not offer international shipping outside of Europe at this time.

2. How long does shipping take?
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (most European countries)
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (select countries, additional fee applies)
3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all orders within Europe.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

5. What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with neighbors or contact the shipping carrier. If the issue persists, email us at luxubaby.shop@gmail.com for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. See our full Return Policy for details.

7. How do I initiate a return?

Email us at luxubaby.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for processing your return.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

9. How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Warranty & Product Issues

10. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, most products include a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1-3 years, depending on the item). See our Warranty Policy for full details.

11. What if my product is defective?

  • Your order number
  • Product details
  • Photos/videos of the issue
    We’ll guide you through the warranty claim process.
12. Are there any warranty exceptions?

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

You may request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be modified.
